Madison Area NVC

Madison Area NVC is an organization of people passionate about building Nonviolent Compassionate Community in Madison, Wisconsin and the surrounding area.  We hope that this online presence will help those in south central Wisconsin find resources for connection, growth and learning.  We also hope to provide encouragement and visibility for people locally to share NVC in ways that are meaningful to them.

NVC offers a concrete set of tools to support us in creating life serving families and communities in a world where everyone's needs matter.  It is about fostering increased understanding and deepening connection in our relationship with ourselves and others.

We invite you to explore the practice groups, classes, and trainings posted on this site. If you are new to NVC we encourage you to read our "About NVC" page and consider joining an introductory workshop or practice group.

Our intention is to disseminate information about local and regional NVC events and practice groups. We hope you will consider submitting your NVC event for posting in our newsletter and on this site.
